ROLE: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist | Researcher | Development Practitioner
Ngetleh is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with over eight years of experience in research, development, and humanitarian sectors. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Agribusiness Project Management and holds an MSc in Integrated Rural Development. Her expertise spans policy advancement and innovation in critical areas such as agriculture and food security, climate change, development evaluation, and environmental sustainability. Passionate about sustainable community impact, Ngetleh has successfully worked with communities across Cameroon, applying her M&E and research skills to diagnose challenges and implement evidence-based solutions. Her work focuses on transforming the lives of vulnerable and underserved populations by fostering resilience, improving livelihoods, and promoting long-term, impactful change.
